Travel2Mozambique is a tour operator specialising in curated travel across Mozambique — from Maputo and the coast to safari routes through Eswatini and beyond. Their existing site looked the part, but behaved like a brochure: static pages, outdated itineraries, and no clear path from browsing to enquiry.
We rebuilt the platform as a conversion-focused business funnel — connecting it to Wetu so tours and itineraries update dynamically, and shaping every touchpoint around trust, exploration, and action.
The Challenge

Visitors were landing from search and referrals, browsing tour pages, and leaving without enquiring. Itineraries had to be updated manually, the site couldn't reflect new trips quickly, and there was no structured journey from discovery to a qualified lead.
